ABOUT US M/s. Aerovent Proiects Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 1988 and is owned and managed by well experienced technocrats / Professionals and caters to the requirement of Air-conditioning, Clean room, Ventilation, Air Pollution Control Systems for industries like Pharmaceutical, Chemical Process, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Power Plants, Refineries, Cement Plants & Steel Plants etc. From the year 2002 the company also started designing & manufacturing material handling system comprising of generally mechanical conveyors for Bulk Solid Handling catering maximum to construction, cement & chemical industries.
Head office of the company is situated at
Vashi in Navi Mumbai city and the manufacturing units situated at MIDC
Industrial Area Taloja (Navi Mumbai) and MIDC Industrial area at Satara
near Pune, making it easy accessible by both rail and road. Both the
factory is very well equipped medium sized fabrication shop and machine
shop to manufacture M. S. equipments, S. S. Equipments and equipments in
FRP construction. The plot area of the Taloja unit is 3500 sq. mtrs and
Satara unit is 9,000 sq. mtrs, both equipped with adequate material
handling facilities viz. overhead cranes, chain pulleys and other handling
facilities. The Company also manufactures various types of conveyors such as belt conveyors, screw conveyors, bucket elevators, storage silos etc. required by the various industries. The Company believes to supply the equipments strictly as per technical parameters confirmed by it, within the stipulated time and under stringent quality control supervision. The Company has its inbuilt quality control cell and its manufacturing activities are performed as per the Quality Assurance Plan submitted to the clients and as furnished by the Quality Control Cell. The company has already achieved ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Assurance certification. |
